We started Dec.11th, 2015...a simple husband and wife business...Both of us have a background in real estate and general contracting, so we figured there are so many potentially beautiful properties out there, why not revive them, boost our local economy, try to get them sold to a potential buyer and finally lived in!
Specialties
We are a local family owned business dealing in property management, maintenance and preservation. We mainly do real estate and bank owned properties which include but not limited to foreclosed properties. Our vision is take a property that has been foreclosed and/or abandoned and not taken care for (thus bringing down the neighborhoods market values and eventually the local real estate economy) and fixing up the property whether it be replacing windows, yard and tree maintenance, snow removals (seasonal of course), minor and major repairs and more...in a nutshell, beautifying the property, making it sell-able, and boosting the local economy and local values. Now who doesn't want to add value to their homes without having to worry if your neighboring property is falling apart?
