Most amazing hardcore gym on Long Island. Was founded when Arnold was young. Oldest independent gym on Long Island !!! Obviously for a reason.

Ultimate Gym is the best gym I have ever belonged to. Members are like family, as well as staff and the gym owners. Amazing people, very respectful.

This gym is phenomenal, especially the TFW program. Brian is the best... the program is fun, challenging, and gives you the best results on your body I have seen in myself.
