Baden Street Settlement is a nonprofit social services organization that aims to improve educational and health conditions for individuals and families in northeastern Rochester, N.Y. It maintains The Child Development Center, which is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and licensed by the state of New York. The center provides academic, nursing, and hearing and speech screening services for children up to the age of 12. Baden Street Settlement also offers a community workforce development program that focuses on job readiness training, placement support, and career and job retention counseling services.
