So, I came here to pay for a one day pass. I walk in and it's MUCH bigger and far nicer than the UFC in Chinatown. They have tons of equipment that you can have a normal workout on machines....

This gym is one of the cleanest locations on Long Island. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The classes are intense and push you to your limits. The new manger is turning this place around.
