had a hitch put on new car for bike rack today.it took less time than i thought and evekyn who put it on was very helpful and patient! plus it comes with a lifetime warranty! i would def go back...

Terrible! Don't use this location or any other for that matter. Over charged, unauthorized charges to my credit card, customer service non existent! DON'T use their service!!

Manager Justin really did his best to make our Ubox experience that went awry go better. It all worked out and I have to thank his help working out all the kinks and getting that ubox delivered....
