The Camires passion for the industry, hard work, and team effort built their name and Biscotti Caf became Syracuses top rated pastry shop in 1999. Unfortunately, the Butternut Street Caf was closed after a devastating fire in November of 2002. For many months the Camires worked out of a temporary location until they purchased the old Zorellie paint store.
