Trippen

I love their shoes and it was a treat to get to see so many styles in the wild. Plus the salesclerk was very nice and fun (I think I was expecting a cool snooty blond named Astrid or something)....

I recently bought a pair of Trippen shoes while visiting in San Francisco at the Bulo shoe store. Recently when I was visiting in NYC, I looked up Trippen and discovered they had their own store....

CLOSED FOREVER. I spoke to several store owners on block and they told me trippen never really made it work here. CLOSED. You need to go to Germany, oh how convenient.

Obsessed with these shoes. Quality is extraordinary (typically German in that regard), and the aesthetic is something you won't find anywhere else, unless you go super high-end I guess.

The only Trippen boutique in the USA, Faye was incredibly patient and helpful while I made my choice. Great shoes, great customer service, beautiful store. Will definitely come back soon!
