Dr. Chanel Davidoff is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician, who specializes in Cancer Rehabilitation. As a cancer rehab physiatrist, she supports patients through the entire cancer care journey, from diagnosis to survivorship. Dr. Davidoff's expertise lies in assessing and treating complex neurologic and musculoskeletal impairments related to cancer and its treatments including gait dysfunction, treatment related neuropathies, myopathy, myofascial pain syndromes, arthralgias, deconditioning, radiation fibrosis, and lymphedema. She uses a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with therapists to tailor individualized treatment plans, which may include detailed exercise prescriptions, pharmacologic pain management, bracing and orthotic prescription, and manual therapies. Dr. Davidoff is also skilled in performing procedures like chemodenervation (Botox) injections for spasticity and trigger point injections for myofascial pain. She also has expertise in electrodiagnostic testing (EMGs) to assess muscle and nerve dysfunction to help guide treatments.
