Tradisyon is a Filipino comfort food restaurant located in Hell's Kitchen, New York City. With a mission to promote the culture and cuisine of the Philippines, Tradisyon offers a menu of traditional dishes, including adobo, kare kare, sisig, sinigang, and more, all made with fresh, quality ingredients and authentic flavors.

Founded by two experienced chefs, Chef Anton and Chef Bianca, along with Joey from the Philippines Department of Tourism and Kenneth, an adventurous world traveler, Tradisyon aims to make traditional Filipino food known and accessible to the community. Inspired by their passion for their country and its cuisine, the team at Tradisyon creates meticulously crafted bowls and dishes that pay homage to the homeland and the flavors of home-cooked Filipino meals.
