This store is f*****g disgusting they make turkey wraps and put sperm and whatever else in them so horrible I will never shop there again ... They are slack and sloppy.The only good thing about it...

Nasty Programs. Produce. The strawberries were all wilted, the cantaloupe was nasty bruise, do you not understand how people who work there cannot see how disgusting the produce was.

Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. This West Avenue Tops Rochester, NY store is truly awful. Although it's convenient being the only grocery store in the neighborhood, the stress and hassle...
