Established in 1993, NCH Capital Inc. specializes in listed equity, real estate, agribusiness and private equity. Based in New York, N.Y., the firm invests and manages more than 90-real-estate projects and strategies, including office buildings and warehouse centers, residential development properties, retail/shopping centers, hotels and raw-land plots. Its service area includes Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Latvia, Bulgaria, Moldova and Albania. Through its NCH Agribusiness Partners, L.P., the company has a diverse portfolio, comprising agricultural land and related businesses.

The Rockefeller Foundation is a knowledge-based global foundation committed to enriching and sustaining the lives and livelihoods of poor and excluded people throughout the world.
