We have a variety of selections of fish such as, HORSE MACKEREL , RED SNAPPER , STRIPED JACK , CALIFORNIA UNI, LIVE SCALLOP, HALFBEAK, etc. Our special breed of fish come straight from Japan, and thus some fish are seasonally changing. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we will collect Japanese fish from the varying seasons. As a sole Japanese cuisine restaurant, our products are authentic and made professionally.
