The staff has a shitty attitude every time you go in. When placing your order, you're made to feel like you're a real problem. I've tried the drive thru window and the girls are the exact same...

Slowest most incompetent staff / management team in all of NY (possibly the western hemisphere). It's coffee and 2 day old donuts - we are not asking these people to split the atom. $10-$15 +...
