The customer service here is nonexistent. You wait a long time for just a coffee and they don't ask about creamer or sweetener when you do they look at you like you're crazy . Extremely unfriendly...

So I came here on my break and waited about 10 minutes before I was actually served and when I was "greeted" I was asked what can I get for you instead of a formal greeting like the cashier stated...

Horrendous customer service on multiple occasions. Slow service and has given wrong orders multiple times. Unfriendly employees, their order system is messed up and last time I was there, I waited...

If I could give this place negative stars I would once again give me the wrong order . These people are useless and so is the manager how hard is it that you screw up a simple order . Manger saids...
