Dr. Schor is the Director of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in both Vascular and General Surgery. He completed his general surgical training at New York University and completed his vascular training at Rutgers/ New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Schor is a member of Society of Vascular Surgery, Eastern Vascular Society, American Venous Forum, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a research interest in the surgical management of DVT and treatment of PVD. Dr. Schor is a principal investigator for a number of National Institute of Health (NIH) sponsored clinical research trials, and his research has been presented at both local and national meetings.
