The Center has built a beautiful venue in a rented basement space in Astoria. The venue includes a well-equipped 65-seat theater, Astoria Playhouse, used for theater and music performances by resident and visiting groups and for film screenings.

The Astoria Choir, established in 2010, is a non-profit organization that brings together a hundred volunteer singers in Astoria, Queens, to rehearse and perform a diverse range of choral music, from classical masterworks to world-premieres and commissions. With collaborations featuring professional vocalists and instrumental ensembles, the choir presents three to four concerts per year, offering world-class choral music experiences to both singers and audiences in the community.Generated from the website
