Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School

Located in Oyster Bay, N.Y., Theodore Roosevelt Elementary has been serving the community students for more than 30 years. It offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades kindergarten through two. It is governed by the Oyster Bay-East Norwich Central School District and more than 450 students are enrolled under the school. The school offers various subjects, including English, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. It also provides music, fine arts, computer technology, and health and physical education. In addition, the school provides an extensive inquiry-based mathematics science technology activities provided through a science specialist. It also maintains student portfolios throughout the school year, with data used to guide instructional decision-making and to increase student achievements. Theodore Roosevelt Elementary also operates a parent-teacher association.
