History

Scrap Yard was established in the 1990's when it was called Soho Down & Under, slowly but surely the street art movement had a place to call home. People from all walks of life stood in front of the shop exchanging works of art and life stories. Then we became known as Bomb the System and our shop was taken to another level. We paved the way for other street art shops and showed the world that street art was indeed part of our history and that the world should be in on it. Now Scrap Yard, we still stand strong and believe that art is not only a freedom of expression, but a movement. We appreciate all who have walked through our doors, for those that grew up with us and now bring their families and tell them their stories. And to those that haven't had the chance to visit us, we would love to serve you!

Specialties

We specialize in art supplies which include Montana Black Line spray paint, Ironlak, Montana 94, Speed Paint, 600 and 750ML sized spray cans, Krink, Molotow, inks, caps, empty mops, and much more. We also sell exclusive street-art t-shirts and hats. Graffiti related art books are a must for any collection. Stickers, toys, trains, and much more are things to come and check out as well. We strive in customer satisfaction and hope to meet your needs.

I give this place a four based upon its location, its ambiance and the fact that it's usually not too crowded. The drinks are okay, and certainly aren't cheap. They have a pretty narrow...

This is really more a layout/ambiance review than anything. I came by here for their Bastille Day celebration event, which was on a Saturday afternoon I believe. It was nice, some of the drinks...

Service is terrible. One member of the staff takes your order. Another one takes your order again. No one brings anything. The people that work here are more concerned with being beautiful than...
