Run stay away from the worst building in NY! It's poorly managed and run down but have the nerve to hike your rent

We are trying to move into this building soon. The prices are SO good & Matthew has been so helpful and quick to respond through out the process. Apartments are so spacious & have great lighting...

Horrible building. Landlord Mathew Goldberg showed up late to the appointment and then continued to harass and berate me via text after I left. He was EXTREMELY rude. Truly awful management,...
