I only come to this ups store in desperation. They are the rudest employees. Even a few years ago. The older woman with the short hair is the worst. I'm done. I will never evet give my money to...

not sure if this employee is actually the owner or manager, but she is extremely rude and every time I go, there is yelling at customers. She even has a rule of how you can stay in line....
