We had to fix our carry on (one of the wheels was damaged after 4 years) and the team at Tumi were wonderful and fixed it in 1 day free of charge. Highly recommend!!

I've been to this location about seven times in the last year -- mainly because my Tumi headphones kept going out on one side. The store is kept very clean on the floor and is well stocked....
