Got a new home for my outgrown 'stuff', and found great items I didn't know I needed!

When you donate goods to The Salvation Army, those items are then sold at our Thrift Stores. Proceeds are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life.

They are very rude and smoke cigarettes in your face. They refuse to accept most items to donate. I will never donate there again!

The workers were rather sanctimonious about donations. We had 40 pressed and starched men's dress shirts on hangers from the cleaners or store, many never worn. They refused them. We were told...
