This Phoenix Inn is a vacation rental open year round and operates room or entire house rental. The property can also host your special event, business retreat, family reunion or party. Located just a five minute drive from the heart of Cooperstown Village, Dreams Park and all of Cooperstown's' attractions, the Inn accommodates up to 17 overnight guests. The Inn has three rooms with en suite bathrooms, a two room suite with an en suite bathroom, and a one bedroom attached apartment. Each guest bedroom has a flat screen smart cable TV. There is free wireless internet and each guest room has air conditioning. The décor is homey, comfortable and fresh. There is a spacious and private outdoor seating with a fire pit, adirondack chairs, and equipped with a gas grill. The front porch is also a great place for relaxing. Overall, plenty of great places to relax, both indoor and outdoor, after a busy day of activities.

We booked the whole inn for the weekend. The place is great. The owner had made a lot precautionary arrangements. The place was very comfortable and very well kept. Would consider going there again!
