The Movement Creative has always embraced finding new ways to understand ourselves and each other through movement. Find your confidence, rediscover adventure, and challenge yourself.
The Movement Creative is a collective of coaches and fitness instructors in the NYC metro area, specializing in a blend of parkour, natural movement, strength, and conditioning, with looser focuses on dance, gymnastics, and martial arts. We aim to create positive change and momentum in the lives of children and adults through movement. We offer parkour classes for adults, teens and kids, school programs, lectures, workshops, performances, personal training, and team-building events. We work with organizations such as the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation, the NYC Department of Transportation, the New Museum, New York Hall of Science, Discover Outdoors and many others to bring parkour to New York City in a safe and fun way.
