If given the option, I would be leaving zero stars. The owner is a joke and honestly repulsive. I went for an appointment with him.. he showed up 30 min late, high as fuck and took hours to work...

Do not go to spencer! Aka spenny. He will take a deposit from you and then not draw anything up and completely blow you off. I tried contacting the shop to speak with him and they put me on hold...
