We teach a style of meditation called Vedic Meditation which is unlike anything you have tried before. Surprisingly simple and straight forward in its approach, Vedic is meditation for real people. But while its technique is effortless, its effects are significant, undeniable and immediate. And you don't have to sit in uncomfortable positions, give up coffee or start wearing mala beads in order to meditate. This course was designed for busy New Yorkers to incorporate in their busy lives. The Meditation Class is based in New York City on the Upper West Side, where we offer our in person training once a month. We teach in Montauk also and have retreats in beautiful international locations like Bali, Indonesia. We also offer corporate and private courses. The Meditation Class teaches the Vedic Meditation technique. If you've tried meditation apps or guided meditations but still find it hard to meditate, dont worry. This is different.
