Very clean, great location and they have breakfast available. Many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here the night before our cruise.

The hotel is pretty decent overall. Rooms are quite small - probably appropriate for a boutique hotel. Bathroom is small so I didn't have anywhere to put things for getting ready in the morning....

I get why the place is expensive as it is the only one near the Brooklyn terminal. We felt like we were checking into a hostel. The elevator was even broken on 9/26 so we had to sling suitcases...
