History

Proud owner Greg Ford In 1997 Jim Gleeson opened the first Laundry Lounge store on Niagara Falls Blvd. He was pleasantly surprised by the ever-increasing flow of customers, and in 1999, he decided to expand the hours to 24 hours a day,seven days a week. The store was doubled in size in 2001, and now totals over 4000 square feet, with a wide variety of machine sizes. A child's play area, video arcade games, several flat screen tv's, vending machines, and complimentary coffee make the Laundry Lounge a great place to hang out while you do your laundry. In our 10th year in business we opened a second location of The Laundry Lounge in Grand Island, N.Y., on Grand Island Blvd. This state of the art laundry is equipped with the latest Maytag technology, high efficiency washers and dryers in a variety of sizes to meet any washing needs.
