The Kew Forest School

Kew Forest School, established in 1918, is an independent, co-educational, college preparatory school for students in grades kindergarten through 12. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges and by the New York Department of Education. The school s curriculum offers various subjects, including English, science, mathematics, social studies, foreign languages, business studies, fine arts and health and physical education. The sports activities offered by the school include bowling, ice-skating, golf, soccer, football, volleyball, cheerleading, swimming, baseball, softball, and track and field. It has a library and a media center that offers Internet access, books, magazines and journals to students. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include book and science fairs, dramatics, performing arts and field trips.
