The Inn at Varick Winery on the west shore of Cayuga Lake makes the perfect getaway. Built of cobblestone in 1833, the farm house proudly sits amongst 140 acres of orchards and vineyards to explore with breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake, onsite winery offering daily tastings and complementary edibles from the Country Store. The Inn offers four guest rooms to choose from all with lake or garden views and private baths. Stays include complimentary hors d'oeuvres, wine or beer at cocktail hour, wine tasting and continental breakfast each morning served from the country kitchen.
