The Cottage On The Hamlet Green French Restaurant in Hampton Bays has North African and French Antilles influences, as well as using organically and all-natural ingredients with an emphasis on sustainable practices, such as reusable tableware, flatware and glassware produced from recycled materials. The décor uses upcycled and reclaimed objets d’art to create a rustic bohemian feel in homage to the refurbished classic Gazebo on the centre of The Hamlet Green.

Awful! Multiple staff members were not wearing masks WHILE serving us. Customers were walking to and from the restroom and lingering around the kitchen area WITHOUT masks. PLUS the pop up...
