Dark and dingy and views feel like you are in a 3rd world country. The manager David is rude and short. Extremely disappointing. I would never stay here.

Great location. Great bar. Our room was clean and the restaurant attached is a favorite of ours. I just feel they are trying so hard to be "cool". I can't explain. So 4 stars not 5 stars.

This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. I personally like its more sleepy Tribeca location. While it may be difficult to get to midtown spots if necessary it's absolutely worth it...
