Van Allen Nursing Home is a family-owned and operated nursing facility that has been providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care for more than 57 years. It is an 80-bed single story skilled nursing facility and provides private and semi-private accommodations. It is a member of the New York State Health Facilities Association and the American Health Care Association. It offers a wide range of professional services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing care, hospice and palliative care, respite care, psychological services and recreational activity programs. It also provides social services, barber services, rehabilitation services and discharge planning for people returning to the community. Van Allen Nursing Home was established in 1947 and is located in Little Falls, N.Y.
