Super cute place! So many flavors! If I lived in Cortland I would definitely come here more often. The service was great and the people were very kind.

When the shop opened it had a good selection of Perry's Ice Cream, which is great. It has apparently changed ownership and has changed ice cream brands to something different and NOT great, to say...
