Rushes you, rarely responds to emails and doesn't give any constructive or useful advice. Extremely expensive for nothing but virtually filing your taxes. No personal touch. Not using again.

I concur with the other review I see here. Very expensive - he tried to charge me $2,000 for what I later understood was a 1 page form. Doesn't care about the customer and impossible to get on...
