History
Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Ben was educated on coloring hair in the early 90's with Toni & Guy. In '97 he moved to New York and continued his passion for educating at Bumble and Bumble. Ben then spent the next 16 years as Color Director at Cutler Salons where his passion for mentoring truly emerged as he lead the creative direction in color and crafted the education program. In 2015, taking a leap, he accepted a national poisition as Creative Director at the renowned Red Door Salon and Spa. Leading the Hair Team on a journey of creative discovery brought Ben to realize the fulfilllment of turning one's inspiration into reality. This process eventually led to the development of an unprecedented team of talented colorists. Rebounding from the effects on the hairdressing industry as a whole in 2020, Ben has launched his next exciting venture in hair with The Color Shop at ManeSpace. He hopes to see you there!
