Our family is in the food business. My father owns the deli on 53rd Street and my uncle has the deli on 48th Street. We started the restaurant business about 5 years ago and I wanted something new and fresh deli in the city with the variety of quality food and the reasonable prices and that's how it got started. Cibo means Food in Italian.
