The Charlton Farm is a historical hidden treasure nestled in the heart of the Genesee Valley, moments away from the beautiful Finger Lakes, and 30 minutes from downtown Rochester. Commissioned by a wealthy Rochesterian in 1894, this cozy farm estate was constructed by the very same architect who built the George Eastman House, J. Foster Warner. It now serves as an elegant outdoor wedding retreat and bed & breakfast. The Charlton Farm mansion features 25 turn of the century rooms, including; 2 large drawing rooms, a library, a bridal dressing suit, guest rooms for up to 11 people, and three fireplaces. Our large outdoor porch is a great place to sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. The mansion is a wonderful backdrop to your serene weekend getaway.
