HistoryRisan Fitness was born the first time I started to train someone during my sophomore year in college. I started off training friends and family to gain experience and knowledge with training people, as time went on a friend of mine told me I should make a profession out of it and I should start to get paid for my expertise. During my senior year of college I started to train clients. When I graduated college I told my family that I did not want to pursue a career in my major which was Aviation Administration with a focus in Airport Management as of yet, I wanted to start my own fitness business.
