Jill & Karl Marsh are the owners of The Caboose. They opened it up as a panini shop summer of 2019. The Caboose has been on Main Street in Inlet, NY in the heart of the ADK Mountains since 1995. It's been vacate since 2006. Many visitors and locals are excited to see it come back to life again!!

We serve delicious Panini Sandwiches our of the window of a real old fashion Caboose. Some favorites include Reuben Panini, Prosciutto Caprese Panini, Turkey Bacon Ranch Panini, Chicken Saltimbocca Panini -- and much more! Great paninis. we split the portobello mushroom and reuben paninis between us, and both were amazing. Great service as well.

What a cute little place! The menu is mostly paninis including breakfast ones served all day. I had a chicken saltimbocca panini. It was delicious and full of flavor. Two of my relatives had...

Bacon egg panini's what a great breakfast snack. Just perfect coffee good too. The black flies didn't attack us outside area very comfy

Nice lunch stop. Kind of weather dependent. Good selection of paninis. The sandwiches were good, chips cost extra. I didn't want to spend a ton of time having lunch so it was a good choice.
