my dad has been a resident at the Bristal for almost a year in the reflections unit. He has gotten wonderful care, the staff is very attentive and seems to truly care for him.

As Shelley C. noted (3/10/2018): "workers are caring." However, we observed that the nurses were the really caring workers...but not ALL of the workers were attentive to details, like cleaning...

While workers are caring, food needs to be improved... undercooked or over reheated microwaved (probably frozen) food. Menus do not reflect actual food served. This is surprising given so many...

I just moved my father in law into this facility and he loves it it is like staying at a 5 star hotel!,, in fact that's how he refers to it! All the people there are very nice . So far so good....
