The Breezy is Greenwood Lake's premier lakefront restaurant and motel! The restaurant features seafood, American, and German cuisine, while the motel boasts a superb view of the lake and contemporary rooms. Currently, we have four rooms available for nightly rental; three with two full-size beds, and one with one queen-size bed. Rooms are sold during the season for $157 per night with at least a two-night stay, plus Federal and New York State tax and room fees.
