Non existent customer service, rude and unhelpful on the phone and in person. Recommend the worst shipping stores in the universe. Avoid them like the plague

Do not be fooled by their non-profit status as a 'giving foundation". Beware of the listings on their auction site. Their interpretation of "vintage" is 20 years old which is just plain wrong....
