I attended the Ashokan Center Acoustic Guitar Week and had a great time. Stayed in a private room with private bathroom and was happy with both. Ate a total of 11 meals there and enjoyed the food....

Ashokan Field Campus is an outdoor education center that is owned and operated by Campus Auxiliary Services of the State University of New York at New Paltz. The center offers a range of programs that emphasizes on natural history, colonial crafts, adventure education, living history and seasonal activities. In organizes various activities, such as nature hikes, animal tracks and traces, adventure canoeing, orientation and cider pressing. The center also organizes winter and spring birds programs that include identification, feeding habits, adaptations and observation of various birds. In addition, the center conducts various events, including fall festival, staff reunion, summer songs, annual conferences, dance shows and special functions. Ashokan Field Campus is located in Olivebridge, N.Y.
