They add a mandatory 18% service charge (tip) to all dine-in orders. Their reasoning is that many customers don't leave enough tip. But that doesn't justify forcing it on your customers.

Its been a while since I came here, I have to say, I was slightly disappointed. There wasn't much flavor in our tom kha soup, the Thai chicken tasted bland. Service was good and ambiance was good.
