Teresian House

Teresian House, located in Albany, N.Y., offers a range of care services for elderly citizens. The institution provides 24-hour nursing care by licensed nurses, certified nurses aides and multiple levels of trained support staff. The center offers in-house physicians for physical and mental care or counseling. It also provides a clinic area for scheduled services from podiatrists, dentists, optometrists and audiologists, and provides on-site speech, physical and occupational therapy services. Teresian House provides transportation for the residents to and from appointments, helps coordinate people to accompany them, and coordinates Medicare and Medicaid payment for the services. It also offers private rooms with small dining and kitchen areas.
