Carhartt’s Walt Whitman Store opened in July of 2013 at the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station, NY. We are located down the block from the birthplace and state historic site of America’s great Poet, Walt Whitman. The Walt Whitman store caters to many local union members including construction workers, electricians, and steamfitters. We also have many local fire departments that purchase jackets for their members from our store. When customers shop at our location, they can be sure to receive individualized service that is unique to their needs.
