Specialties

As a classically trained pianist, I know how hard it is to find a great teacher at a great price. And as a performer, I know it's hard to find a reliable rehearsal pianist that will cost less than my rent. I begrudgingly began playing the piano at a tender age of 5, only to find that my parents WERE doing me a favor. I trained for 11 years playing for all occasions ranging from classical festivals, weddings, and accompanying singers. I began teaching students ages 6-12 during high school and continued accompanying through college at Belmont University. I now have a solid 10 years of teaching experiencing at various levels and age groups. I have a home studio in Long Island City with a full keyboard. I am also excited to announce a few teachers in other neighborhoods have joined Rosano Music that specialize in voice, dance, guitar, violin, viola, cello, and upright bass! Please contact me if you're looking for lessons in any of these areas.
