I waited 20 minutes yesterday to see a teller. And that was with only one person at the window and one ahead of me. Many people came in a left due to the line. Needs to work on proper staffing.

Called the back of my card for help with my debit card. They hung up on me and didn't even help. Worse service I have ever dealt with for banking.

Find another Credit Union. Customer service is terrible. Upper Management is poor as well. They are only interested in how much money they can make off you. Don't believe their customer friendly...
