I am 81 years old and since I opened my first bank account when I was 9 years old at the East NY Savings Bank on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, NY, this is by far the best bank for customer service!

Horrendous customer service. Made unwarranted comments regarding my account, and were extremely dismissive toward a lady who had her debit card destroyed by THEIR machine.
